Expert in trade finance and due diligence procedures, and drawing on 30 years of business experience, Fenton has been trading commodities on a dedicated basis since 2002.
Prior to this, as Managing Director of companies in the clothing sector his key focus was in the sourcing of raw materials, and the manufacture and distribution of merchandise from countries around the world into the UK. This enabled him to build up substantial expertise in contract negation, finance, and the management of multicultural teams on a global basis.
In addition, as a founder and COO of Brightview Ltd., he was instrumental in negotiations to purchase numerous internet service providers, successfully fulfilling the company’s merger and acquisition strategy.
Fenton is responsible for overseeing the operations of all ICC companies and divisions.

A specialist in both supply chain and collateral management processes, as well as due diligence investigation, Florian has been trading in a variety of commodities since 2002.
His background is in risk and collateral management processes. Within this, his primary focus has been on overcoming barriers and finding solutions to new market entry for both trading and manufacturing.
In physical trading, he is well experienced in all key areas such as managing logistics, security, warehousing and the analysis of documentation at each stage of the trading process.
Florian is responsible for all commercial relations with suppliers and customers including due diligence and follow up.
Joel Conway

David Druker is a veteran of International trade. Fluent in 5 languages he has decades of experience running solid and thriving businesses in the UK, as well as South America, and Continental Europe. His expertise in these areas range from building through to shipping and commodity trade.
Starting in the garment industry in London, he then entered into commodity markets, trading primarily in cement, and rebars into West Africa and the Middle East.
Having previously owned and driven the success of operations employing substantial workforces, today David applies his expertise to mining operations and trade in precious metals throughout the world.
Joel Conway, Vice President - Marketing

Drawing on expertise in marketing communication strategy, Joel has been advising major blue chip organisations since 1998.
With a background in market research, Joel has extensive experience managing projects designed to identify and develop market insight and advise on business marketing strategy. His work in this area has spanned a diverse range of sectors including business to business communication, finance, telecoms, and retail. In addition Joel has worked extensively on projects designed to uncover trends across markets.
Joel is responsible for the marketing communications of the ICC group of companies.
